Can I add a gift message to my order?
You sure can.
Simply select the checkbox on the Delivery Options screen in checkout that says 'this order is a gift'
How do gift vouchers work?
Our speedy email delivery means that you'll receive your gift voucher straight away via email.
You will not incur any packaging or delivery costs!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the UK and to Ireland.
When can I expect to receive my order?
You can decide between two shipping methods:
- Standard delivery - 2-4 working days from dispatch (£4.30)
- Express delivery - 1-3 working days from dispatch (£5.99)
How do I log a return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@meandrae.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
